This property enjoys a prime location for exploring the treasures of the Périgord. Nearby, discover Périgueux and its Saint-Front Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. History buffs will also appreciate the Château de l’Herm, a famous Périgord residence steeped in history, as well as the majestic Château de Hautefort, renowned for its remarkable architecture and French-style gardens. The Vézère Valley, a mecca for prehistory, invites you to explore Montignac and the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art, an essential destination for prehistoric art. A village house featuring, on the ground floor, a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (4-burner induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso-style coffee maker, fridge-freezer...), a dining area, and a living area with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a working wood-burning stove. One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. A bathroom with a shower and sink. A separate toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with two beds 90x190 cm. The bedroom is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
