Just 15 km from Le Bugue sur Vézère, you'll find yourself in the peace and quiet of a beautifully rolling green landscape, where relaxation and fresh air are guaranteed, with numerous hiking and biking trails nearby. Just a few km away, you can visit the Musée Napoléon in Cendrieux and then continue your visits to the world-famous tourist sites of the Dordogne Valley (Château de Beynac, Castelnaud, village of La Roque Gageac, Marqueyssac gardens...) and the Vézère Valley (Les Eyzies de Tayac, Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art in Montignac...). 30 km from Périgueux, Ville d'Art et d'Histoire and Bergerac (Vignobles et Bastides) and 28 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.

You'll love this little Bungalow, set on a sunny hillside close to the owner's residence. Nestled in the heart of a wooded estate, the house is surrounded by greenery thanks to its many hundred-year-old oak trees, allowing you to enjoy refreshing shade at any time. After a busy day, relax on the spacious 30 m² shaded terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha. The living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting area with TV and wood-burning stove. There is one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), accessible only via the bathroom with WC. An Umbrella bed and high chair are available on request. You'll also have access to the owner's outdoor laundry room, equipped with washing machine and dryer.
