The region around Bergerac offers an incomparable experience for those wishing to explore the Périgord Pourpre. With its historic bastides and renowned vineyards, such as the Bergerac, Pécharmant and Rosette wineries, this region is a treasure trove for wine and food lovers.
The cultural richness of the Dordogne Valley, with its imposing châteaux such as Commarque, Bridoire and Beynac, as well as its charming medieval villages, promises unforgettable discoveries. Outdoor activities such as river swimming, canoeing and gabarre trips also offer a variety of enriching experiences for all visitors.
Typical Périgord house in the commune of Saint Sauveur en Périgord Pourpre. The Holiday cottage Prune is located on the first floor, above the living room of the 2-person gîte and close to the owners' house.
Access to the main room, with its open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, is via a raised first floor. You'll find a lounge area with sofas, TV, internet and dining area, a bathroom with bath, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture, parasol and on-site parking.
A large, unheated 10x5 m swimming pool with chlorine pool cover, shared with the second Holiday cottage and the owners. With a gentle slope down to 1m70 and a staircase, it's perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Open from early April to late October (weather permitting).
End-of-stay cleaning 60€. Towels and sheets included. Pet supplement / day / pet 8€. Baby equipment : baby bed

Mina a choisi la Dordogne comme lieu de retraite. Sa décision de s'installer dans cette région magnifique est certainement un témoignage de son charme et de sa tranquillité. Sa volonté de partager son bonheur tout en respectant la tranquillité de ses hôtes est tout à fait louable.
Cela montre à quel point elle est attentive et respectueuse envers les vacanciers, et est consciente que les vacances doivent être placées sous le signe de la sérénité.
Je suis convaincu que sa joie de vivre et sa discrétion seront très appréciées par tous ceux qui auront le plaisir de la rencontrer.

Hartwith A stay in the Dordogne
A lovely place, very well equipped with taste and charm. We couldn't fault it at all. The owners were very welcoming and a bottle of rose wine together with local biscuits were waiting for our arrival. If in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay there once more. We had the 2 bedroom gite named Prune after the plum tree in front of it, and there is also a 1 bedroom gite named Tilleul after the lime tree next to it.

Traduction : Un endroit charmant, décoré avec goût et beaucoup de charme. Nous n'avons rien à redire. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et une bouteille de rosé ainsi que des biscuits locaux nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous y séjournerons à nouveau sans hésiter...

Célia Lieu magnifique, accueil de grande qualité
Mina et Nasser ont créé ce lieu avec beaucoup de soin et cela se voit dès l'arrivée. Le gîte est beau, ultra confortable et on se sent comme à la maison tout en bénéficiant d'un confort du niveau de l'hôtellerie (notamment pour les literies et l'équipement sur place). Le jardin, la piscine et les promenades alentours sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Enfin, Mina et Nasser sont tout autant gentils, prêts à faire la conversation que discrets et professionnels. C'était vraiment un séjour parfait pour nous. Merci!

Aus Hamburg Wunderbarer Ort und wunderbare Gastgeber
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Prune und das gesamte Grundstück sind mit viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Mina und Nasser haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns sehr liebenswert betreut. Unser Hund hat es - auf seine Weise - ebenso genossen wie wir. Herzlichen Dank an unsere wunderbaren Gastgeber. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Traduction : Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. L'ensemble de la propriété est décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. The gite is lovely. Actually a lot bigger than we thought. Both bedrooms were very comfortable with everything you might need. We stayed in late September so didn't use the pool but it looked perfect. Less than 10 minutes from Bergerac and quite close to lots of beautiful villages. The only caution is that the stairs to the first floor would not be suitable for some, we blocked our dog from using them as she stumbled a couple of times.

Traduction : Le gîte est charmant. En fait, il est bien plus grand que prévu. Les deux chambres étaient très confortables et équipées de tout le nécessaire. Nous y avons séjourné fin septembre et n'avons donc pas utilisé la piscine, mais elle semblait parfaite. À moins de 10 minutes de Bergerac et à proximité de nombreux villages pittoresques.

Two week stay with Mina and Nasser. fantastic hosts who extend a warm welcome to ensure an extraordinary stay.. The Gite was extremely clean and has all the comforts with everything and more in place from the well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds to the decked pool.. all on the doorstep of such wonderful surroundings..can't recommend it enough

Traduction : Séjour de deux semaines chez Mina et Nasser. Des hôtes fantastiques qui vous réservent un accueil chaleureux pour un séjour exceptionnel. Le gîte était extrêmement propre et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, de la cuisine bien équipée, des lits confortables à la piscine en terrasse. Le tout à deux pas d'un environnement aussi merveilleux. Je ne peux que le recommander.
