The Holiday cottage is located in the Périgord Noir region, close to must-see sites such as Sarlat (23 km), Lascaux (50 km) and Rocamadour (44 km). The Dordogne and Vézère valleys, rich in heritage and scenery, invite you to explore, as do the listed villages of Beynac (20 km) and La Roque-Gageac (15 km). An ideal address in the Périgord Noir for a vacation combining nature and heritage.

This Holiday cottage is a stone house attached to the owners' home. On the first floor, you'll enjoy an open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, combi-freezer, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine...). After 4 steps, you'll reach the living room with its breathtaking view over the valley, TV, 2 sofas, WiFi and pellet stove. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be converted into a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds and 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Separate WC with washbasin.

Below the gîte, unheated, chlorine swimming pool, shared with the Bed and breakfast and the owners, 10mx5m, secured by an alarm, open from May to the end of September.
