You'll love this rustic stone house, typical of the region. On the first floor, you'll enter via the living room with kitchenette, dining area and lounge (armchairs, wood-burning stove), followed by a bedroom separated by a removable partition and featuring 1 Bed 90x190. 5 steps down (ramp and safety barrier at the top) lead to a bedroom with 1 x 90x190 bed and 1 x 140x190 bed, a shower room with washbasin and walk-in shower, and separate WC.
Outside, you'll have access to a 25 m2 bike/motorcycle storage area, a wood store and a laundry room with washing machine.
The enclosed courtyard (swing, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, barbecue) opens onto the unenclosed property (beautiful view of the surrounding Countryside).
