Near the Grotte aux Cent Mammouths in Rouffignac St Cernin, 16 km from the prehistoric capital of France, Les Eyzies de Tayac, 30 km from Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art), 30 km from Périgueux, a city of Art and History, and 36 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.

Detached house in a small hamlet of 4 houses. On the first floor, you'll enter through a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher and the living room with TV, wifi. 2 steps lead up to the veranda with bay windows opening onto the garden. This veranda is in the center of the house and separates the day and night areas. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate WC. One step leads to the night area with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 each and the third bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, one of which is a bunk bed, and a bed 130x190.
