Detached house with outside terrace and veranda. From this veranda you access the living room with a lounge area (TV, internet), dining area and fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. One step leads to the shower room and separate WC. Upstairs is a 12-step, 76cm-wide spiral staircase to an open-plan bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
