Located in Mauzac-et-Grand-Castang, this house on a 2-hectare estate plunges you into the heart of a generous natural environment, ideal for Swimming, Canoeing, Cycling on the Véloroute, Fishing or Hiking on the GR6. Its characterful decor makes it an ideal base from which to explore the jewels of the Périgord. Just 20 minutes from Limeuil, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", you have easy access to the treasures of the Vézère and Dordogne valleys: prehistoric sites, castles, bastides, markets and the wine route. An authentic destination rich in discoveries.

Semi-detached house featuring a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi oven, gas cooker, Senseo), sitting area with sofa, TV and convivial dining area. The ground floor bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed and French windows, and a shower room with large shower cubicle and WC. A shared washing machine is accessible from outside.
Upstairs, you'll find a family room with a 160x200 cm bed, and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, accessed via a staircase.
There's also a Piscine shared with the owners and another Holiday cottage a few meters further up the grounds (12x7 m, 0.90 to 1.80 m deep, chlorine-containing, secured by a fence).
