You'll have the choice of quickly discovering the Bastides du Périgord pourpre, with the beautiful town of Issigeac and its famous local Sunday market. Monpazier, 20 minutes away, is classified as a Historic Monument, and is considered "the model bastide" among the 300 bastides of the South-West. For wine lovers, there are many vineyards along the way.
This semi-detached house is located in the quiet hamlet of Bardou (houses and church).
It's the ideal starting point for many hikes, as you'll be on the Bergerac-Rocamadour pilgrimage route.

On the first floor, you'll find a main room with a beautiful, comfortable living room, connected TV, internet, fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen. You'll have access to a laundry room with washing machine (no dryer) and separate WC. There's also a suite with 1 x 160x200 bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the mezzanine with an office area leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 x 80cm beds that can be converted into a 160x200cm bed, a shower room and separate WC.
After your day's activities (Hiking, cultural visits...) you'll be delighted to take advantage of a private, unheated saltwater swimming pool, 9mx4m, 1.50m deep, secured by a roller shutter and alarm.
From the living room, you can access a courtyard and a covered terrace equipped with a plancha/cooker barbecue and garden furniture.
