In the Coly valley, 14 kms from the Lascaux cave, 27 kms from Sarlat, near beautiful villages (St-Genies, St Amand de Coly, Condat sur Vézère, Fanlac....), prehistoric and troglodytic sites in the Vézère valley, the medieval City of Terrasson, the gardens of Eyrignac and the gardens of l'Imaginaire, this very comfortable Perigordian stone house in a quiet setting close to other dwellings is at the start of many Hiking trails. Large enclosed courtyard, small wood and lawn to rear.
Baby equipment: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, toilet seat reducer, sandbox and rocking horse.well-stocked library (literature and detective novels).
Detached house comprising entrance opening onto living room and open-plan kitchen; stereo system. Living room; satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, Wifi, 1 extra bed (80cm).

First floor. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 180cm. 1 Extra bed 90cm, 1 Kids bed; bathroom, separate WC opening onto the bedroom via an entrance.

Electric heating (ceramic core radiators and underfloor heating on ground floor).
Private saltwater Piscine heated from May 30 to September 5 at 60 m in a sunken meadow, secured by an electric cover: large pool 9.5 m x 4.5 m, 1.6 m deep; Kids pool 2.7 m x 4.5 m, 80 cm deep. Garden furniture: awning with tables and chairs, plancha and barbecue, table tennis, boules.

Très bon accueil du Propriétaire qui nous a offert
l'apéro et des Conseils sur de lieux à visiter à Proximités (Sarlat , Grotte de Lascaux, Château de Losse, Roque St Christophe, St Geniés, la Grande Filolie. Ville de Terrasson Lavilledieu.
Nous recommandons ce gite calme et spacieux avec piscine chauffée privée, gite qui accepte également les animaux.Nous recommandons ce Gîte avec piscine privée et chauffée.

Max Pariser Un merveilleux moment
La seule note 4 que j’ai mise tient au fait que nous n’étions pas tous présents. Sinon, le rapport qualité prix comme on dit et tout à fait raisonnable. La maison est très spacieuse, bien équipée et chacun peut trouver son espace bien séparé. La piscine est une pure merveille surtout pendant notre séjour, d’où la chaleur n’était pas absente, Et notre fille adolescente l’a particulièrement appréciée. Quant au garçon, il a courageusement arpenté à vélo les petites routes autour. La situation générale du gîte est idéale pour visiter les magnifiques ressources paléolithiques de la région. Grâce à la propriétaire, nos conversations, et nos échanges ont été excellents, cordiaux, et instructifs, sa grande courtoisie, sa connaissance de la région, la découverte d’une amie commune et sa culture ont d’autant enrichi notre séjour. En bref, un merveilleux moment.
