In the Coly valley, 14 kms from the Lascaux cave, 27 kms from Sarlat, near beautiful villages (St-Genies, St Amand de Coly, Condat sur Vézère, Fanlac....), prehistoric and troglodytic sites in the Vézère valley, the medieval City of Terrasson, the gardens of Eyrignac and the gardens of l'Imaginaire, this very comfortable Perigordian stone house in a quiet setting close to other dwellings is at the start of many Hiking trails. Large enclosed courtyard, small wood and lawn to rear.
Baby equipment: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, toilet shrinker, sandbox and rocking horse.
Warm, well-appointed decor. Well-stocked library (literature and detective novels). Board games.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90cm), 1 extra bed (90cm); bathroom, separate toilet opening onto the bedroom via an entrance.
Electric heating (ceramic core radiators and underfloor heating on ground floor, heated towel rails in bathrooms, convector heaters in upstairs bedrooms).
Private saltwater Piscine heated from May 17 to September 13 at 60 m in a sunken meadow, secured by an electric cover: large pool 9.5 m x 4.5 m, 1.6 m deep; Kids pool 2.7 m x 4.5 m, 80 cm deep.

5/5Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gîte de caractère avec une propriétaire accueillante et à l écoute.
La maison est grande, très bien équipée. Tout est de qualité :linge, matériel de cuisine,mobilier d extérieur. Le jardin est aussi très beau et entretenu et totalement isolé de la plus proche maison dont on aperçoit à peine le toit.
Piscine chauffée avec transats,douche et parasol. Elle est dans un pré en dessous de la maison, complètement sans vis à vis.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5idéalement situé. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est une mine de renseignements pour les très bonnes adresses alentour.
le gîte très confortable et spacieux est resté bien frais malgré les températures élevées ...c'est très appréciable. il est bien équipé et les extérieurs bien entretenus.
La piscine chauffée représente un plus indéniable.
La propriétaire, discrète mais bien à notre écoute, est une femme charmante et cultivée qui sait faire apprécier sa région. Nous reviendrons- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5superbe gîte au sein du Périgord Noir, très calme en pleine nature.
aménagement parfait pour une famille ou des amis.
accueil très sympathique.
localisation qui permet un accès facile à tous les sites célèbres mais aussi aux moins connus dont la visite conseillée par la propriétaire se révèle passionnante.
A 2 minutes à pied, un restaurant dont la terrasse est installée au bord de la Vézère.

4/5Très bon accueil du Propriétaire qui nous a offert
l'apéro et des Conseils sur de lieux à visiter à Proximités (Sarlat , Grotte de Lascaux, Château de Losse, Roque St Christophe, St Geniés, la Grande Filolie. Ville de Terrasson Lavilledieu.
Nous recommandons ce gite calme et spacieux avec piscine chauffée privée, gite qui accepte également les animaux.Nous recommandons ce Gîte avec piscine privée et chauffée.
