Its privileged location means you're within easy reach of the region's must-see attractions: the gardens of Eyrignac, the famous medieval town of Sarlat, the Dordogne valley and its castles (Beynac, Castelnaud), not forgetting the Lascaux caves and listed villages such as Domme and La Roque-Gageac.
In the immediate vicinity: greenways, canoeing on the Dordogne, bike rides, gourmet markets and local gastronomy. Perfect for a holiday rich in discovery.

Access to the living room by 3 steps: sitting area with sofa and armchairs, TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen area (4 gas rings, oven, dishwasher, microwave...) and dining table with extension leaves. Then a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Then a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a 90x190cm bed, an independent shower room with Italian shower and washbasin, and an independent WC.
You'll have access to a closed garage for one car and a laundry area with washing machine. Enclosed garden of approx. 800m2. In the courtyard you'll find garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
