House 50m from the owners', in a wooded park next to the paddocks of 2 goats and 3 sheep. This wooden Chalet has a main room equipped with a small top fridge, microwave grill, espresso maker, 2-burner gas hob, toaster and sink. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. A corner sofa that can be converted into a 140x200 bed on request. A shower room with walk-in shower and WC/toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 160x200 bed, a desk, reversible air-conditioning. During July and August, a private above-ground Piscine will be at your disposal. A "Greenup" electric vehicle recharging point with an optional 0.25€/kwh sub-meter.
