Holiday cottage with shared Piscine on the outskirts of Sarlat

Located in Sainte-Nathalène, just a few minutes from Sarlat, this beautiful Périgord-style stone house boasts spacious rooms and a superb cathedral roof, adding a lot of character to the whole. Set on a 13-hectare property, the Holiday cottage is on the edge of a Forest, and has a large shared swimming pool to make the most of fine weather.
The Location is within easy reach of Sarlat, a medieval town renowned for its heritage, its Market and its lively streets. Nearby, discover the Dordogne valley, the villages of La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac and Domme, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud or Les Milandes. The Lascaux caves at Montignac and the Vézère valley, rich in prehistoric sites, are also within easy reach. An ideal starting point for discovering the riches of Périgord Noir.

On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful entrance hall leading after 3 steps to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. On the 1st floor, a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling, featuring a lounge area with TV, sofa, Wifi and pellet stove. After 5 steps, the dining area with fully-equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, fridge-freezer...) and dining table for 4. Opens onto a terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and plancha.
Enjoy 13 hectares of partly wooded, unenclosed grounds, where you'll find a Piscine shared with the owners, with chlorine, 10x5 in size, progressive depth up to 1m80, open from June to September, secured by alarm.
Electric heating and pellet stove. Washing machine in entrance hall.
Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity included. Cleaning at end of stay: 50€.
