A warm and friendly welcome awaits you on a 10-hectare estate on the heights of Fossemagne. You'll be charmed by the stone walls and ancient beams, guaranteeing a complete change of scenery. Light and soft colors accentuate the house's existing charm.
Fossemagne, in the Manoire valley, is located close to the main tourist centers, in a hilly, green region. A central point for discovering 2 Périgord regions, the Périgord Noir with the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, Sarlat, the Tourtoirac cave,... the Périgord Blanc with Périgueux, its cathedral, the Château de Hautefort...
Children will have their own playroom and sports facilities.
Pets on the property: I'll let you get to know them (horses, dogs, goats). Your pet is welcome on a leash in communal areas.

You'll appreciate the living space with fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan living room with Smart TV, WIFI, pellet stove to heat the house and dining room. There's 1 bedroom with 2 90cm Bunk beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, a master suite with a 160cm bed, open-plan shower room and separate WC. Private parking.

Private, unheated, semi-buried Piscine, 6.5x4.5mx1.30m, open from June to late September. Nordic bath open all year round, by reservation only, payable on site (Nordic bath included in rental price from November 6 to March 30 - stays of 2 or 3 nights).
