In the heart of the medieval old town, accessed via a pedestrian street steeped in history. Close to Périgueux's famous Saint-Front cathedral, near the greenway that runs alongside the river for walking or cycling.
Périgueux is at the heart of the "Périgords" region, and you can take a day trip to discover the medieval city of Sarlat, 1h away, or Bergerac, with its old town, Bastides and vineyards, also 1h away, or Brantome, the Little Venice of Périgord, only 30min away.
On Saturday mornings and Wednesdays, you can visit the local market in Périgueux, which I highly recommend, not forgetting the gourmet markets in summer.

Independent entrance with double doors, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) via a stone staircase. The main room features a kitchen area with combi-freezer, microwave and oven, opening onto a living area with sofa, armchair, TV, wifi and Gllum is cool dining area. 2 bedrooms with 180X200cm beds, chest of drawers and closet. Italian-style shower with 1 basin, hairdryer, towel rail. Separate WC. Pay parking 250m away. All included. 50-meter parking pass included in price.

Laëtitia Comme dans un château tout confort !
L'appartement est situé dans un ancien hôtel particulier du 16ème siècle ce qui donne l'impression de pénétrer dans un petit château lors du passage dans la cour et surtout lorsque l'on grimpe les escaliers en pierre en colimaçons !
Tout cela permet l'arrivée dans un appartement d'un très grand charme : refait à neuf, il allie le charme de l'ancien avec le parquet, les cheminées condamnées, les grands fenêtres, etc. mais avec tout le confort moderne de l'aménagement, la literie, plomberie, équipement, etc.
Les équipements ménagers, la vaisselle, la literie sont de hautes qualités, et non de bas ou moyenne de gamme comme cela peut parfois être le cas.
Les espaces dans l'appartement sont bien plus grands que les photos ne laissent paraitre, et qui sont déjà bien grands.
Les décorations ont été choisies avec beaucoup de précaution et terminent de rendre l'appartement agréable à vivre.
Enfin, sa localisation est un vrai avantage, au centre de tout !- Cleanliness

eine unterkunft zum verlieben. perfekte lage in der innenstadt, ein apartment in einem gebäude aus dem 16. jahrhundert, das stilvoll alle Vorteile des 21. jahrhundert aufweist. eine charmante gastgeberin mit herz. ein ort, den man nur besten freunden weiter empfiehlt.
