This Holiday cottage is ideal for getting away from it all and enjoying the Périgord lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle. Its location makes it easy to discover the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys: Sarlat, Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Lascaux, Monpazier or Biron. The nearby Lot region also offers excursions to Padirac and Rocamadour. An ideal starting point for exploring a region rich in heritage, scenery and gastronomy.

Enjoy this adjoining tobacco drying room, not overlooked by another Holiday cottage. After two steps, you'll reach a beautiful main room with a living room with sofa and wood-burning stove, as well as a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and gas hob. A curtained bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a bathroom with shower and WC.
In front of the Holiday cottage, a garden table affords an unobstructed view of the Countryside. On the estate, you'll find a shared pétanque court, a covered terrace area with barbecue and pool table, and an above-ground swimming pool shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the owners, measuring 8.70 x 3.75 m, 1.30 m deep, chlorine-treated, with ladder access. A shared laundry room with washing machine is also available, subject to a charge. Parking on site. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed and high chair.
