In the heart of Périgord Noir, spend a pleasant vacation in Carlux, 18 km from Sarlat, close to many tourist sites such as Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud, Vallée de la Vézère, Les Eyzies de Tayac, Lascaux... in a village of 12 gîtes. The "Jasmine" gîte adjoins another house and can accommodate up to 5 people. This large property has a shared heated swimming pool and plenty of shared games for children (ping-pong, children's playhouse, swing, motor skills course in the woods...).

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, followed by a lounge with 2 convertible sofas and a TV. Upstairs, you'll have access to a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, including a large storage/dressing cupboard and a private shower room with WC, then to a second bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and 2 x 90x190 Bunk beds. A shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a chlorine pool shared with 11 other Holiday cottages in a Holiday cottage village. Piscine protection with barrier and cover, 12mx6m and 1.20m to 1.80m deep, heated from 15/5 to 15/9. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, stroller from 0 to 15 kg. Linen, electricity and heating included. Sheets 12 €/bed/change. Bathroom linen 10 €/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning 60 €.
