In the heart of the Bergerac vineyards, a warm, sincere and authentic welcome awaits you at the Holiday cottage. On the estate is another 4-person Holiday cottage, 24G892, ideal for multi-generational family gatherings or vacations with friends. The owners will do their utmost to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Bergerac is a 10-minute drive from this property, which is close to the beautiful towns of Eymet, Issigeac, Monbazillac, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord... From this vineyard, you can explore the bastides and vineyards of Périgord Pourpre.
You'll have access to the unheated Piscine shared with the owners and another Gîtes de France® holiday cottage, 8mx8m, 1.60m deep, chlorine-containing, alarm-protected, open from June to the end of September.
On a wine-growing estate with renovated buildings, this detached house features a fully-equipped kitchen on the first floor, opening onto the dining room and living room with internet, TV and reversible air conditioning, and an en suite bedroom with a 160x200 bed, private bathroom and separate toilet (in the bedroom area).
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be converted into a double bed (180cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a shower room with WC.
Garden furniture and a private barbecue are available on the chalk terrace at the side of the gîte.
The gîte also has a pétanque court (in progress) and a ping-pong table with rackets and balls, shared with the other gîte.
Private parking space in front of the gîte.
Laundry room with washing machine shared by both gîtes in a separate building (from early June).

Sébastien et Lætitia ont à votre disposition chez eux une petite bibliothèque et un billard pour partager ensemble un moment de détente. Leur chien et leurs chats seront là pour vous accueillir également.

Mehmet Nice, quite, clean and cosy stay.
The gite and the hosts are very welcoming we have enjoyed our stay very much.
The gite is surrounded by wine fields and hills in a nice quiete area. Some neighbouring houses around but you have your privacy. The house and the kitchen were very well equipped and absolutely clean. We didn't miss anything as a small family.
There is a pool as well to refresh, as everything else also the pool is looked well after and clean.
Laetitia and Sébastien are very nice and welcoming hosts, and have been there for us if we had questions or needed anything. A nice bakery is about 5 minutes by car, supermarkets about 8-10 minutes and Bergerac city centre is about 15-20 minutes.
We felt the location was very good it was quite but everything is nearby.

Traduction : Le gîte et ses hôtes sont très accueillants ; nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le gîte est entouré de vignobles et de collines, dans un quartier calme et agréable. Il y a quelques maisons voisines, mais vous avez votre intimité. La maison et la cuisine étaient très bien équipées et d'une propreté irréprochable... Il y a aussi une piscine pour se rafraîchir, comme tout le reste, bien entretenue et propre... Une bonne boulangerie est à environ 5 minutes en voiture, des supermarchés à environ 8-10 minutes et le centre-ville de Bergerac à environ 15-20 minutes. Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement très bien, au calme...

Coline Superbe week-end !
Laetitia et Sébastien nous ont fait un accueil très chaleureux dans ce gîte qui respire la tranquillité. Ce sont des hôtes prévenants et disponibles ! Le logement est confortable et agréable à vivre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La localisation est très agréable, avec de jolies promenades dans les bois, les vignes et les villages alentours. En bref, le lieu idéal pour notre week-end en famille, nous recommandons sans réserve !

Nicole Holiday hire pomport
Hosts are very friendly and accommodating the holiday house was clean and very comfortable. It would be nice to have a softer matras as an advice,the area was beautiful and lots to do! It was a great stay and no complaints only compliments! The nice thing was also the swimming pool! Great addition.
