Between the French and English Bastides, this gîte is located on the Bergerac wine route.

Holiday cottage for 6/7 people, 100m2, in the Périgord pourpre, surrounded by vineyards. Completely renovated family home, the soul of which has been preserved. The bedrooms, typical of Périgord architecture (18th century), are built of stone and exposed beams, with laminate parquet flooring. Situated on a hilltop, with panoramic views over the Vineyard of Monbazillac. The construction (thick stone walls, wooden shutters) and fittings (double glazing, insulation, ceiling fan) keep the house cool.
Fifteen kilometers south of Bergerac and the Dordogne river. On the wine route (Monbazillac, Pécharmant, Saussignac, etc.). In the heart of the Périgord Bastides (Eymet, Monpazier, Villeréal) and the medieval town of Issigeac.
Close to the thousand and one castles of the Dordogne valley (Bridoire, Biron, Milandes, ...). Numerous signposted Hiking trails. Bakery/supermarket/Pharmacy 6 km away. Owner 100 m away.

A single-storey Holiday cottage, you enter via the living room with its built-in kitchen, fireplace and pellet stove. There are 3 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (140cm), one with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 double bed (120cm), and one with 2 single beds (80cm). Bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin. Shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Separate WC.
Electric heating and supplementary heating (pellet stove).
Large, shady, flower-filled park of over 1000 m2 with swings. Plancha and barbecue available.
Barn for storing bikes, motorcycles and cars.
