Under a large velux window, you'll be able to gaze out at the stars, lying back on the comfortable bed before a peaceful night's rest.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the sunshine on the small terrace adjoining the Holiday cottage. Surrounded by nature, listening to birdsong, and simply feeling good. 150 m from the Holiday cottage, the large terrace offers panoramic views over the Countryside. It's a really pleasant place to read, relax, have lunch or dinner while enjoying the magnificent sunsets.
Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted to find a number of less strenuous trails nearby! The region abounds in remarkable villages and castles, including Château de Commarque, Château de Castelnaud, Château de Biron, La Maison Forte de Reignac, Château des Milandes (Josephine Baker's home) and the famous Lascaux caves, with the Lascaux IV International Center of Cave Art just 25 minutes from the Holiday cottage, and the Tourtoirac caves 20 minutes away.
The perfect place for two to explore the Périgord and enjoy the beauty of nature. For your convenience, there's a covered parking lot on site where you can also park your bicycles. Bed linen is provided with the bed made on arrival (organic cotton linen) and 100% cotton bathroom linen is also supplied. The little extra of this rental is the first meal basket offered on arrival. On site you have the additional benefit of a small grocery store selling local produce, wine, champagne, beer and aperitif platters... You'll appreciate the small terrace just above the Holiday cottage, with a garden table and 2 chairs, ideal for breakfast or lunch in fine weather. Private, sheltered parking is available. And to relax, follow the small path along the meadow to the second private covered terrace in the Countryside, with its garden furniture: the perfect place to unwind! After 3 small steps, you'll reach the apartment, comprising a day area (kitchen / dining area) cleverly separated by the roof structure from the night area (double bed 160x200, storage space, shower and vanity unit and a separate toilet).
