5 km from Sarlat (all shops) and 1 km from the village of Proissans (bakery, patisserie, butcher's, delicatessen), this 160 m2 Holiday cottage adjoins the owner's house and comprises a living room (TV, internet)-dining room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction, combi-freezer). On the first floor, a bedroom with 1 bed (140x190) and a private shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs, accessible via a staircase, a 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and a 3rd bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 baby bed. 2 bathrooms with large showers and separate WC.
