Very attractive, independent, air-conditioned Holiday cottage. First floor: kitchen opening onto living room and sitting area with central fireplace. 1 bedroom: 1 x 160 cm bed. Shower room and WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 2 x 160 cm beds. Shower room and WC for each bedroom. Reversible air-conditioning. Shaded terrace with garden furniture and 6 sun loungers. Private Jacuzzi (open all year round) and heated Piscine, open from early May to late September, 5x10m, 0.80m to 1.80m deep, secured by barrier and cover. Unenclosed communal grounds of 3,000 m2, ping-pong, pétanque.
