A 120 m2 detached house in a small hamlet in the Périgord Noir. A comfortable, modern interior with a beautiful 60 m2 living room. A living/dining room/kitchen on the house's raised first floor. A kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, combined freezer and dishwasher. The hallway leads to the shower room with walk-in shower, WC and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a 160x200 bed and the 3rd with a 90x190 bed and a 90x190 bunk bed. Separate WC. This character house is set in 2000 m2 of unenclosed grounds in the middle of a hamlet of several houses. Enjoy the view from the balcony terrace. End-of-stay cleaning 70€. Towels 8€ per person.
