Discover the medieval city of Sarlat, the caves and prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art...), the "most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Beynac and its castle), the Dordogne Valley... Taste the riches of Périgord through its gastronomy and terroir, thanks to our regional producers.
A 120 m2 detached house in a small hamlet in the Périgord Noir. A comfortable, modern interior with a beautiful 60 m2 living room. A living/dining room/kitchen on the house's raised first floor. A kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, combined freezer and dishwasher. The hallway leads to the shower room with walk-in shower, WC and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a 160x200 bed and the 3rd with a 90x190 bed and a 90x190 bunk bed. Separate WC. This character house is set in 2000 m2 of unenclosed grounds in the middle of a hamlet of several houses. Enjoy the view from the balcony terrace. End-of-stay cleaning 70€. Towels 8€ per person.

Etienne Excellent Séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte. Il est spacieux, super équipé, au calme et idéalement situé par rapport à Sarlat et à cette région du Périgord.

Séjour très agréable, gîte bien situé à 30min maxi de tous les sites majeurs, ciel étoilé magnifique.
Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire.
