Discover this Holiday cottage for 4 people, ideally located in the commune of Les Eyzies, in the heart of Périgord Noir. You'll enjoy a swimming pool shared with another holiday cottage, a green setting and a friendly atmosphere with the owners living on site. You're less than 4km from the center of Les Eyzies, the capital of prehistory. Discover the Château de Commarque 10km away, or the Lascaux caves 25km away. And don't forget Sarlat la Canéda (22km), a famous medieval city with picturesque streets and a renowned Market. Or discover the Dordogne valley with its castles and water sports.

Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen (2 gas rings, mini-oven, microwave, mini-dishwasher...), dining table for 4, and sitting area with sofa, TV, working wood-burning stove. Then a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. Fans in each bedroom. There's an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, plancha, and parking for up to 2 cars. You'll have access to a chlorine pool shared with another Holiday cottage and the owners (size 6x12, with progressive bottom up to 1m72, secured by alarm) open all year round, heated from June to September. Outdoor shower. You'll also share a 1-hectare garden with trampoline and our friends the chickens for a rural atmosphere.
