You'll enjoy a swimming pool shared with another holiday cottage, a green setting and a friendly atmosphere with the owners living on site. You're less than 4km from the center of Les Eyzies, the capital of prehistory. Discover the Château de Commarque 10km away, or the Lascaux caves 25km away. And don't forget Sarlat la Canéda (22km), a famous medieval city with picturesque streets and a renowned Market. Or discover the Dordogne valley with its castles and water sports.

Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen (4 gas rings, oven, dishwasher, microwave...), dining area and sitting area with TV and working wood-burning stove. Upstairs, a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Then a 1st bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds. Just 20 meters from the Holiday cottage, you'll find 2 terrace areas with garden table, plancha grill and garden furniture. You'll have access to a chlorine swimming pool (6x12, with progressive bottom up to 1m72, secured by an alarm) shared with another Holiday cottage and the owners, open all year round and heated from June to September. Outdoor shower. You'll also share a 1-hectare garden with trampoline and our friends the chickens for a rural feel. A shed for your car.
