Peaceful, fully-equipped gîte with all comforts, located 1 km from the village center and shops. 8 km from Sarlat and Gourdon. Groléjac is a very attractive village with three main attractions: the port, the mouline and the lake.
Detached single-storey Bungalow. Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, combi-freezer, 4 gas rings, opening onto living room (TV, sofa) and dining room.
2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room. Separate WC. Heating. Enclosed grounds of 800 m2 with courtyard, garden and parking. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Baby bed and high chair. Laundry room.
Bed linen (10€/bed), towels (5€/person), cleaning (80€): to be paid to the owners on arrival.

Remel Localisation au top
Le gîte est très sympa, fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Il est idéalement situé, pas besoin de faire beaucoup de voitures pour visiter. C'est très appréciable
