Nearby, discover the famous Rouffignac prehistoric cave, with its hundreds of engravings and drawings, a major World Heritage site. The Château de l'Herm, an emblematic 15th-century historic monument, offers an immersion in local history. Just a short drive away, explore the prehistoric sites of the Vézère valley, Lascaux IV, Les Eyzies, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the bastides and châteaux of the Dordogne valley, and Sarlat-la-Canéda for its medieval old town. This Holiday cottage is an ideal base for combining cultural discoveries, heritage and walks in the Périgord Noir.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, a Holiday cottage consisting of 2 interconnecting buildings: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV and fiber-optic Wifi. A 1st bedroom with a 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room with Italian shower and WC. After 3 steps, access the second part of the house, comprising a shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate WC. Then a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 double bed. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine with a relaxation area (2 armchairs) and a gaming room for Kids.
In front of the Holiday cottage, a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. At the rear of the Holiday cottage is an owner's shed, but not overlooked.
