This 10-person gite is ideally located for exploring the many tourist attractions of the Périgord Noir and its castles, and is situated in the village of Cénac-Saint-Julien, adjacent to three other Gîtes de France properties, and within easy reach of shops and restaurants.

You'll enjoy a small sheltered terrace, as well as the 900m² shaded enclosed garden at the rear of the house, with swing for children and table tennis. Private parking for your car is available on the garden side. Reversible heat pump heating, so air conditioning on first floor. Table tennis.
