Semi-detached house not overlooked. This old Périgord stone farmhouse, completely renovated in 2020, combines modernity and authenticity. The owners put at your disposal an unheated saltwater swimming pool open from May to September, 5x10 m, 1.4 m deep, secured by a roller shutter, reserved exclusively for tenants from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm, sunbathing area. The optional 3-person capacity Spa is located in a dedicated room (former pigsty with exposed beams and stonework). The property is surrounded by low dry-stone walls. Bikes and motorcycles can be stored in the porch.
Numerous sporting/family activities: Hiking, cycling, climbing at Les Roches enchantées, vélorail at Corgnac-sur-l'Isle, accrobranche, canoeing, fishing, Base de loisirs at Rouffiac, remarkable gardens, listed villages (Brantome, Saint-Jean-de-Cole, etc.), Lascaux, Sarlat and the many châteaux.

First floor:
- A living/dining room equipped with a pellet fire, Netflix-connected TV, sound bar, VCR, DVD player, 1 hi-fi system and Wi-Fi and wired connections.
- Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hood, fridge-freezer combo, ceramic hob and small appliances, TV.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC, laundry area with washing machine/dryer.
