For horse-riding enthusiasts, you can board your own horses on site.

This beautiful house surrounded by meadows and vineyards is close to all the major sites: Les Eyzies de Tayac (capital of prehistory), the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, Sarlat (medieval city with an exceptional heritage), La Roque-Gageac (village classified as one of France's most beautiful villages), Château des Milandes, home of Josephine Baker, Jardin de l'Imaginaire in Terrasson, Château and gardens in Hautefort... You'll be seduced by its veranda and its calm, set amid 50ha of vines, meadows and woods currently farmed by the owner. Also on the estate, 250 m below the Holiday cottage, you'll find 2 ponds where you can go no-kill fishing without a license. Kids will love coming into contact with the farm's animals: sheep, horses and poultry. Older children can visit the vineyards and winery, and taste the estate's wine.

On the first floor, you'll find a living-dining room with TV and leather sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a 1st bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm, a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and a bathroom with shower. A lovely open veranda with plancha overlooks the private, unheated swimming pool (chlorine, 3.5m x 7m, 1.5m-1.80m deep, alarmed, staircase access), open all year round, where you can relax on deckchairs without overlooking the garden. A 200 m2 fully enclosed garden is at your disposal. For horse-riding enthusiasts, you can keep your own horses on site with the owner's agreement. Baby equipment: bed, chair, potty, reducer, bathtub. End-of-stay cleaning 120€. Sheets and towels included.
