Gîte located in the heart of the magnificent Bergerac vineyards, close to the famous Château de Monbazillac. Enjoy a private heated swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The gîte is close to the famous vineyards and numerous wine cellars, where you can sample the region's wines. Just 3km away on foot, you'll find the Château de Bridoire, a captivating historic site. You'll also appreciate the proximity of Bergerac, a town rich in heritage and cultural activities. Stroll through the cobbled streets of the historic center, admire the half-timbered houses and the old port on the banks of the Dordogne. An ideal location for exploring the Dordogne, with its countless bastides (Eymet, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord...), vineyards, character towns and gastronomy. City park 300 m from the gîte. Book now and let yourself be seduced by the rolling Périgord countryside.
Single-storey house on a 2000m2 enclosed garden, with a private 10x5 chlorine-heated swimming pool with a progressive depth of up to 2m20, open from May to October, secured by alarm. Large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining table with 8 chairs, lounge area with sofa, armchairs, TV, desk. Laundry room with washing machine. A bedroom with a 90x190 bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and adjoining dressing room. A 3rd bedroom, with 1 bed 160x200. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. A 4th bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. Each bedroom is equipped with a free-standing fan and a closet with shelves and hanging space. Virginie et Ronan Séjour tranquille
En vacances avec nos enfants de 6 et 3 ans, nous avons profités de 2 semaines de tranquillité.
La piscine est idéale pour petits et grands et la maison est spacieuse, bien équipée (ventilateur dans chaque chambres, serviettes de piscine à disposition, beaucoup de transat) et parfaitement agencée.Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques soucis avec la maison mais Marianne et Aurélien ont été à l'écoute et très réactifs pour les résoudre.
Aurélien nous a bien conseillé sur des sorties à faire avec de jeunes enfants par canicule. Le gouffre de Proumessac + une sortie à l'accrozarbre (parcours d'accrobranche): 2 réussites!!
Vacances très réussies, Merci pour votre gentillesse, très belle continuation à Aurélien et MariannePetit bémol à rectifier sur l'heure d'arrivée qui est à 17h et non à 16h comme indiqué par gite de France.

Un vrai petit coin de tranquillité ! Le gîte est confortable, bien pensé et très agréable à vivre. On s’y sent vite comme chez soi. Le propriétaire est très sympa, et mention spéciale à sa maman, toujours réactive et attentionnée quand on avait besoin de quelque chose. Un bel endroit, qu’on garde en tête pour une prochaine fois !

Très bon accueil et découverte du gîte très agréable.
Spacieux pour une grande famille et avec une piscine qui a fait le bonheur de tous.
Découverte de la Dordogne que nous ne connaissions pas et qui a de nombreuses visites à faire.

Nathalie Maison agréable, au calme, à 2 pas de Monbazillac
Agréable lieu de villégiature en Périgord pourpre : un gîte au calme pour rayonner dans la campagne (à pied ou à vélo) et vers les sites de la région.
La maison est de plein pied dans un grand jardin avec une belle piscine privée.
Encore merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et bravo pour les rénovations.
