Ideally located to discover several Périgord regions, the white with the magnificent cathedral of the city of Art and History of Périgueux 32 km away, and 75 km to arrive in the heart of the black Périgord at Sarlat, the medieval city with an exceptional heritage. 24 km to discover the purple of Bergerac, also classified as a town of art and history.

You'll enjoy a stone-built Countryside house attached to unoccupied buildings. Kitchen equipped with 3 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave. A large authentic living room with an old fireplace (non-functional), stone walls and a piano for piano lovers, a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 80x200 cm modular beds, each with en-suite shower room and WC. Unenclosed private grounds of 2000m2 in front of the Holiday cottage with relax area, garden furniture, barbecue and pond.
