Just a few minutes from Sarlat-la Canéda, Le Petit Manoir de Vitrac welcomes you to a 19th-century estate, comprising 4 Holiday cottages and the owners' residence, carefully designed to offer authenticity, calm and comfort. You'll enjoy a private, unoverlooked garden, and a 1.5-hectare park planted with trees and featuring a variety of games (pétanque court, ping-pong table). Not forgetting an unheated saltwater swimming pool (10m x 5m x 1.5m deep) open from early June to September 1 (safety fence and shelter), shared by several Holiday cottages (pool open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.). The emblematic sites of the Périgord Noir region are nearby, as is the Dordogne River 900 m away, with its Beach and canoes.

Holiday cottage Le Bois is located in the heart of a carefully restored barn, divided into three adjoining holiday cottages. You'll enjoy a lovely living room with a comfortable lounge (55" connected TV, satellite channels, high-speed wifi), a dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine...). A first bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A second bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Heating in all rooms. Wood-burning stove in living room (wood supplied by tenant).
A private, unoverlooked garden of approx. 400 m2 faces east and is well shaded in the afternoons, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue (charcoal provided by tenant).
In the immediate vicinity, parking and a covered, unfenced area for bicycles with electric bike recharging point.
