In terms of activities, you'll be close to the Rouffiac leisure center (swimming, water sports, accrobranche...), the Périgord Vert velorail at Corgnac sur l'Isle and the Auvézère gorges (swimming, canoeing, hiking). 60 km from Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of prehistory, 40 km from Périgueux, City of Art and History, and 60 km from Sarlat, medieval city of exceptional heritage. Many Hiking trails are available in the surrounding area. Outside, you'll enjoy a semi-shaded terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a private, unheated swimming pool (11x5m, chlorine, 1-2 m deep) available from June to September.
