In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, you'll appreciate this contemporary house, located at the end of the hamlet, with its high level of comfort and private swimming pool.
The house's plus points are its large bay windows with panoramic views over the forest, the pool and the peacefulness of the setting.
You can easily explore the Périgord Noir region, with its historical sights and natural treasures. Castelnaud la Chapelle is a village listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", with its fortified castle overlooking the confluence of the Dordogne and Céou rivers. You can also visit the Château des Milandes, a property that once belonged to Josephine Baker and is entirely dedicated to her. In Sarlat (14 km), a city of exceptional heritage, you won't want to miss the unmissable Saturday farmers' market.

The entrance to this single-storey gîte is through one of the bay windows opening onto a beautiful living room with an integrated kitchen, a lounge/dining area with a sofa (TV, wifi, pellet stove). You can occupy the small 7 m2 bedroom for 1 person with 2 90x190 beds, including 1 bunk bed, and there are 2 other bedrooms, each with 1 160x200 bed (one of which can be converted into 2 80 beds), and 2 shower rooms with walk-in showers and WC, one of which is private.
An enclosed garden of 1000 m2 and a spacious covered terrace let you enjoy the countryside. Unheated private swimming pool, secured by a cover (lockable with keys), 2.5mx5m, 1.50m deep, chlorinated, open from June 15 to September 15.
