Located in Tursac, just a few minutes from Les Eyzies, the world capital of prehistory, this Holiday cottage is set in lush, unoverlooked countryside on the edge of the Forest. It's the ideal place to enjoy nature and discover the riches of the Périgord Noir. Depending on the season, you'll be able to observe the wildlife around the garden: deer, squirrels, fawns and numerous birds. In the heart of the Vallée de l'Homme, you'll find caves, prehistoric sites, troglodytic dwellings and castles. The Le Bugue Market, just a few minutes away, livens up Tuesday mornings, while Sarlat, the famous medieval city, is 25 km away. Lovers of outdoor activities will also appreciate the many possibilities on offer nearby: Hiking, cycling, canoeing, horse-riding, Fishing, Golf and hot-air ballooning.

On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall with storage space and a safe, then a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and an open, fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas rings, 50-liter mini oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). A 1st bedroom with a 180x200 bed. A bathroom with shower, double washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Then another bedroom with 2 beds 90x200. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, awning, deckchairs and barbecue. Electric radiator heating. Unenclosed garden of approx. 2000m2 on the edge of the Forest. The Holiday cottage has a covered area for motorcycles and bicycles, and on-site parking. Garage reserved for owners. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, playpen.
