In Tursac, on the hills above Les Eyzies—the world capital of prehistory—this holiday cottage is nestled in a lush, green setting on the edge of the Forest, with no neighbors in sight. It’s the perfect place to enjoy nature and explore the treasures of the Périgord Noir. Depending on the season, you can spot wildlife near the garden: does, squirrels, fawns, and many birds. In the fall, the bellowing of the stags echoes through the valley.
In the heart of the Vallée de l’Homme, many attractions await you: caves, prehistoric sites, troglodyte dwellings, and castles. The Market in Le Bugue, just a few minutes away, brings Tuesday mornings to life, while Sarlat, the famous medieval town, is 19 km away. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many activities available nearby: hiking, biking, canoeing, horseback riding, fishing, golf, and even hot-air balloon rides.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an entryway with storage, followed by a living area featuring a sitting area, a dining area, and an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, 60-liter oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). A first bedroom with a 180x200 bed. A bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a washer-dryer combo. A separate toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Then another bedroom with two 90x200 beds. A separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with patio furniture, an awning, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
Electric heating via radiators
An unfenced garden of approximately 2,000 m² on the edge of the Forest. The holiday cottage has a covered area for storing motorcycles and bicycles. An air compressor, a boot and glove dryer are available.
