This farmhouse in the Dordogne, in the commune of Archignac, 23 km from Sarlat, awaits you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the many sites to visit (Sarlat-la-Canéda, Montignac, Brive la Gaillarde, Rocamadour...). Private heated swimming pool, 7m x 3.5m, 1.10m to 1.40m deep, chlorine-filled, secured by electric curtain, open from 15/06 to 15/09.
2 garden furniture sets. 2 terraces: one to the north, one to the south. Barbecue, deckchairs...
1 ping-pong table, 5 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes.
Baby equipment: cot, changing table, high chair, bathtub.
We don't have Wifi, but we do have a great pool and a wide range of games for young and old!

This detached 160 m² house sleeps 8, and features a large living room with inglenook fireplace and open-plan kitchen. On the first floor, you'll find a shower/laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs (16 steps), you'll find a hall with a reading area, then a bedroom with 1 x 180x200 bed, a bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and a bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds and 1 x 140x190 bed on a mezzanine, as well as an independent shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Heating by heat pump and underfloor heating on the first floor.
Garden of 300 m² bordered by a hedge.
