Comfortable, traditional house in the heart of nature, in an unspoilt setting with old-fashioned activities (orchard, apiary, honey house, vineyard, herb garden and kitchen garden). Nature discovery games, sandpit and mini playground. Excursions to the Venise verte du Périgord (Brantôme), the banks of the Dronne with supervised swimming, castles, abbeys, Hiking, picnics at the lavoir de la cloche. You will have access to the Piscine (unheated) shared with the owners: dimensions length 4.75m, width 2.1m and depth 1.5m. (Limited access from 10am to 8pm, open from June to September). Since the photos were taken, a secure fence has been installed around the Piscine.

Both rooms have mosquito nets. Bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. Separate WC. Gas-fired central heating. Unenclosed grounds of 20000 m2 shared with the owners. Garden furniture. Barbecue.
