This house features, on the ground floor, a beautiful, bright living area that opens onto a lounge area with a sofa, a TV, a foosball table, and air conditioning, as well as a dining area with 6 chairs and a fully equipped open kitchen. One bedroom with a 140-cm bed and air conditioning. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140-cm bed, air conditioning, and a TV. Three steps lead to the third bedroom, which features a 140x190-cm bed on a sloped mezzanine (reversible air conditioning).
