You'll enjoy unforgettable visits to the many tourist attractions of the Dordogne Valley. Very close to Sarlat, the emblematic town of Périgord Noir, 8 km away, this gîte will also enable you to discover the riches of Périgord: towns and villages not to be missed (Montignac-Lascaux, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac...), castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, les Milandes...), remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac...). You can also enjoy gabare trips (at La Roque Gageac and Beynac) and, for the more sporty, canoeing on the Dordogne...

This pleasant unoverlooked house, adjoining the owners', is fully air-conditioned and comprises a fitted kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combi-freezer) opening onto the living and dining room with TV and wifi. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, while the second has 2 90cm beds. There's also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the south-facing living room, you can access the wooden terrace with private inflatable Jacuzzi, open from June to late September, and enjoy the barbecue in fine weather.
Everything is included in this gîte (bathroom linen, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning).
