Cozy Holiday cottage located in the center of a quiet City of 5600 inhabitants. All amenities within walking distance (shops, Cinema, restaurants, bank, Doctor, supermarket, train station, etc.). Local leisure activities: Véloroute voie verte (adult bikes available at the gîte), Hiking circuits, Fishing in the river, indoor swimming pool...). Centrally located in the Périgord region for sightseeing: 20 min from Périgueux, 1 h from Sarlat, 35 min from Bergerac, Brantôme, 45 min from Lascaux 4 in Montignac... Pets welcome at no extra charge, but subject to conditions (to be agreed with the owner).

In the village of St Astier (all shops), 30 m2 house adjoining another year-round rental and close to the owner's house. First floor: Living room with kitchenette and sitting area with Wifi. Separate WC. First floor: 1 large mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm), shower and washbasin. Electric heating. Air-conditioning. Terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Shared washing machine with the owner in an outbuilding. Bed linen and towels included in mid- and high-season.Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub. + 1 2-seater convertible on first floor for 1 person not wishing to share the 140 bed, but capacity remains 2 people maximum.Air-conditioning.
