View of the Périgord Pourpre vineyards from this comfortable, peaceful gîte.

If you haven't yet discovered Bergerac and the surrounding area, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful wine-growing region. With family or friends, you can discover the bastides of Périgord Pourpre: Monpazier, Eymet, Beaumont du Périgord, Issigeac... And, of course, there are plenty of wine-growing châteaux in the area, where you can sample the delicious grape varieties of our terroir. Don't miss Monbazillac, Bridoire and Tiregand, some of which offer entertainment for the whole family! Last but not least, a short detour to Bergerac's old town will provide you with some great walks or rides on the water, thanks to the gabarres that ply the Dordogne!
This comfortable house will provide you with a warm welcome, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area!

Detached house next to the owners', with private 500m2 garden and 30m2 wooden terrace.
On the ground floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (TV, speaker, decorative fireplace, sofa, WiFi), a bedroom with 1 x 140x190 cm bed and a dressing room, a shower room with shower, washing machine and separate toilet, and on the 1st floor, a large mezzanine with 1 x 140x190 bed.
Access to the Piscine (shared with the owners) is via the communal garden: chlorine-fired, unheated, 5x10m, 1.70m deep at its deepest, with entrance by steps, secured by an alarm and a fence, open from June to the end of September.
Bicycles can be stored in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in shared courtyard.
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair on request.
Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning included. Piscine towels not provided.
