You'll appreciate the lovely parquet flooring, the fireplace and the meticulous decoration, all of which create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
It's a perfect base for exploring the Périgord Noir region, with easy access to the region's major sites. The Jardins du Manoir d'Eyrignac is just 5 minutes away. Sarlat, with its remarkable heritage and markets, is just a few minutes away, as is the Dordogne valley and its emblematic villages such as La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac and Domme. The Lascaux caves, Marqueyssac gardens and numerous castles and prehistoric sites complete a rich and varied offer, ideal for discovering all the facets of the region.

In this Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, you'll enter through a fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave...), then a living room with 2 armchairs, a TV, a dining table. Then a small bedroom with a 140x190 bed. The Holiday cottage has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. In front of the Holiday cottage is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
