This former tobacco drying shed, typical of the Périgord region, welcomes you to enjoy moments of happiness with family or friends. The large main room features a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, combi-freezer, induction), a living room with internet, TV and dining area for 10 people. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry room with washing machine and baby equipment (Umbrella bed and high chair). Separate WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, one of which has a private terrace, balcony and shower room, and a 4th bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Separate shower room. Separate WC. Très bon séjour dans gîte spacieux et confortable.

Situation géographique au calme mais proche de beaucoup de sites touristiques.
