This former tobacco drying shed, typical of the Périgord region, welcomes you to enjoy moments of happiness with family or friends. The large main room features a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, combi-freezer, induction), a living room with internet, TV and dining area for 10 people. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry room with washing machine and baby equipment (Umbrella bed and high chair). Separate WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, one of which has a private terrace, balcony and shower room, and a 4th bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Separate shower room. Separate WC. Air-conditioned Holiday cottage. Parking on the property. Terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, 2000m2 grounds.

Mamika Séjour familiale champêtre
Très bel appartement, proximité immédiate de Sarlat, dans la région des sites touristiques. Grand espace privatif indépendant. Bel espace de vie, cuisine très bien équipée, chambres décorées avec goût.
Un WC supplémentaire à l'étage apporterait plus de confort pour les 4 chambres.
Un abris de jardin serait pratique pour entreposer vélos (électriques) trotinette, jeux..)- Cleanliness
