Welcome to Fontoursine, a traditional house built in the 17th century.

Take advantage of 17 hectares of nature for walking or cycling (mountain bikes supplied), before taking a dip in the pool. A perfect balance of nature, culture and leisure.
For culture and sightseeing, you're just 20 minutes from the bastides of Eymet and Beaumont, and the famous Bergerac vineyards. There's no shortage of tourist attractions in the area, starting with a visit to Issigeac, with its many craftsmen and timber-framed houses. Taste the local produce at the Bergerac market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

This Périgourdine includes a 55 m² open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, and a lounge area with TV, sofas, internet, speakers and board games.
The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200cm bed and storage space. One of the bedrooms has a private open-plan shower room. The fourth and final bedroom has 2 100 x 200cm beds.
You'll have access to a bathroom with bathtub and a shower room, as well as 2 separate WCs. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge and freezer.
Oil-fired central heating. On-site parking in the 17-hectare grounds. Private, chlorine-controlled Piscine, 5x10, 1.20 to 1.80 deep, entered via a Roman staircase, secured by a shelter. Garden furniture and ping-pong table on site.
