Semi-detached house with the owners' house, comprising on the ground floor a large living room with lounge (sofas, armchairs, TV, WiFi, wood-burning stove), dining room. After 4 steps, a fully-equipped kitchen (5 gas rings, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). A small bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with a 150x200 bed. A 2nd bedroom with a 160x200 bed and 2 80x200 beds. Both bedrooms have reversible air-conditioning. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC. No washing machine.
