Discover Fontaine de Champagne, a typical Périgord stone house with spacious rooms, ideal for a family holiday or a getaway for up to 6 people, in the heart of the Countryside. Located in Champagne et Fontaine on the border between Dordogne and Charente. Just a few minutes away, you can discover Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord", Bourdeilles and its castle, the Villars caves, gourmet markets and the many character-filled villages for which the region is famous. Hiking, cycling, canoeing, gastronomy and heritage are all on offer throughout the year.

This semi-detached house is attached to the owners’ home and features, on the ground floor, a large living area with a living room (sofas, armchair, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove) and a dining room. Up four steps is a fully equipped kitchen (5-burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), with everything you need for cooking. There is also a small bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a first bedroom with a 150x200 bed. Next is a family bedroom with a 160x200 bed and two 80x200 beds. Both bedrooms have reversible air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower stall, and toilet.
Outside, enjoy a covered patio with a dining area and lounge, opening onto an enclosed garden of approximately 3,000 m². The highlight of your stay will be a shared swimming pool with the owners—8x4 in size, 1.50 meters deep, chlorinated, open and heated from June through mid-September, and secured by an alarm. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for you to fully enjoy the long summer evenings. Private on-site parking.
