An unforgettable destination, as the Dordogne Valley abounds in riches. Thanks to the gîte's particularly privileged location, you'll discover a multitude of activities for everyone, with something different to do every day! You'll also be able to sample exceptional gastronomy at the various gourmet markets held during the summer season. The gîte is located in southern Périgord, on the border between the Dordogne and the Lot. Short hiking trails are nearby. Ideal for family reunions, training courses, seminars and theme breaks. Detached house in the heart of Florimont-Gaumier, a small village in the Périgord Noir region. A living room with an equipped kitchen area, a lounge with sofa, TV and Internet. On the ground floor, you'll find 2 dormitories sleeping 7 with 2 showers, WC and a PMR room for 2 people with 2 beds 90x190 cm, with a shower room with WC directly opposite. Upstairs, there's a bedroom with 4 90cm beds and a 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 2 shower rooms. Beds are made up on arrival.
